Cherie Harbridge Williams

Hello!
Let me introduce you to the author.
Cherie grew up in Lima, Ohio, in the 1950s. After marrying and starting a family, she and her husband moved throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana before settling in Central Florida in 1979.

During her thirty-eight years in Florida, Cherie built a career in the business world, most notably serving as a resort manager in the heart of the tourist district. She held that role until major surgery required a long, slow recovery. After stepping away from the resort, she and her husband launched a photography business. Following his untimely death, her path shifted again, and she went on to serve on the staff of several churches. Seven years later, she remarried.

In 2017, she and her husband Conway relocated to Virginia, where they now enjoy life in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near Lynchburg. Their family stretches across the United States and Canada.

Over the years, Cherie has pursued a wide range of interests. She served as a church organist for decades, enjoyed camping and boating, and even tried her hand at cheese-making. Some of her favorite memories were made aboard a pontoon boat between Lake Kissimmee and Lake Okeechobee, photographing alligators. She loves to travel—and, of course, to write.

She began her writing career in 2020. At this stage of her life, she doesn’t want to waste the time she has left. Whatever she can do to point people to Biblical truths, that’s what she wants to do. With God’s grace, writing seems to be the perfect vehicle.
